ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in criminal complaint No.COMA/464/2017 dated 18.09.2017 filed under Sections 18(c), 18-A read with Section 27(b)(ii) and 28 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 09.03.2018, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court with a direction that the trial Court will release the petitioner on interim bail subject to furnishing her bail/surety bonds. It is further submitted as per the complaint, the main allegations are against accused No.2 namely Maninder Pal Singh, who is the son-in-law of the petitioner and in pursuance of the order dated 09.03.2018, the petitioner has already before the trial Court on 20.03.2018 and she has been released on interim bail on furnishing her bail/surety bonds and subsequent thereto, she is regularly appearing before the trial Court. Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position.
