(ORAL) The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for the fixation of his pay according to the recommendation of 7th Pay Commission w.e.f. 01.01.2016 and also the subsistence allowance w.e.f. 01.02.2016 till 31.10.2017 i.e. when the petitioner retired from service. Further claim has been made for the release of the LTC amounting to `71,103/-.
According to the averments made in the writ petition, petitioner was arrested in connection with an FIR No.715 dated 03.11.2015, after which the petitioner was suspended and thereafter, he was not allowed to join the duties till he attained the age of superannuation. During the suspension period, petitioner was not granted the benefit of revision of pay scales and other benefits for which the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. CWP-17719-2019 -2been sought in the present writ petition, petitioner has made the representations dated 23.11.2017; 22.03.2018 and 16.10.2018 (Annexures P-8 to P-10) respectively, which are still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representations.

Keeping in view the advance copy given to the respondents, Mr. Charanjit Singh Bakhshi, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and he states that the respondents have no objection in case the prayer of the petitioner for deciding the representations dated 23.11.2017; 22.03.2018 and 16.10.2018 (Annexures P-8 to P-10) respectively, in a time bound manner is accepted.
In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the representations dated 23.11.2017; 22.03.2018 and 16.10.2018 (Annexures P-8 to P-10) respectively, by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Present writ petition stands disposed of.
