Challenge in the present writ petition is to the constitution of Municipal Corporation at Panchkula.

Learned Advocate General Haryana submitted that on representation made by the residents of the area, a Committee has been constituted to examine the matter regarding constitution of Municipal Corporation at Panchkula.

In view of the aforesaid fact, we do not find any adjudication is required at this stage.
