(ORAL) In compliance of order dated 13.07.2018, amount of `7,500/- has been paid by the petitioner to the respondent. Receipt of the same is taken on record.

In view of no objection got recorded by learned counsel for the respondent on the previous date, impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 15.06.2010 of the trial Court and judgment dated 13.03.2012 of the First Appellate Court are set aside. Resultantly, complaint of the respondent in view of compromise between the parties under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act is deemed to have been dismissed as withdrawn. Nothing survives in this petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
