Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.184 dated 3.5.2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 341 and 201 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Agroha, District Hisar.

Faced with the situation that the all prosecution witnesses stand examined, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
