Mr. Samrit Gill, Advocate for Mr. Deepak Arora, Advocate for the respondent. *** As per report received from the Mediation Centre, the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. Settlement/agreement in that regard has been forwarded to this Court. In terms of such settlement/ agreement the parties have decided to withdraw the cases filed by them against each other from various Courts including petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, transfer of which is being sought by applicant wife. They have further decided to part ways by filing a decree of divorce by mutual consent on fulfilment of certain terms and conditions. Under the circumstances, the present application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
