Learned counsel submits that it is a case of civil dispute as two civil suits are pending in Khanna and Ahemdabad, inter se between the petitioner and the complainant, to which, learned State counsel submits that the aforesaid submission shall be taken into consideration, while enquiring into the matter and with regard to which, a representation be submitted along with documents substantiating the averments made therein, which shall be looked into and the matter would be concluded thereafter, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner.
