**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 40 dated 9.9.2017 registered at Police Station Sadar, Pathankot, District Pathankot under Sections 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. The co-ordinate Bench had allowed interim bail to the petitioner. It was stated that it was a case of love affair and the parties had later on married each other after interim bail was granted. The girl had become major.

The petitioner and the complainant are present in the Court today. Aadhar card of the complainant has been placed on record. She is duly identified by the counsel.
