RAJIV SHARMA,J After arguing for some time and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file review application to challenge the order impugned passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench in O.A. No.60/891/2017 on 08.1.2019.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. However, the limitation would not come in the way of the petitioners since they are litigating diligently before this Court under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
