(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioners is that since the petitioners made a complaint against respondent No. 8, which was later on compromised on 27.04.2015, respondent No. 8 is now harassing the petitioners and is not releasing their arrears/medical bills. A detailed legal notice (P-4) has been given in this regard to respondent No. 5 Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to decide the legal notice (P-4) of the petitioners and pass GAURAV ARORA 2016.07.08 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
