(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner that he has given an application dated 27.04.2016 to respondent No. 2 requesting therein that he be transferred to Gurgaon, Sonepat or Faridabad, as his son is 90% physically handicapped. But till date he has not been transferred. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the application, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to decide the application dated 27.04.2016 (P-6) of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
