*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sandeep Kumar states that the trial is at the advance stage, inasmuch as it is fixed for final arguments for 3.12.2022. It being so, there is no occasion to grant bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial. The petition so moved in that regard stands dismissed. However, it is expected that the trial Court shall make earnest endeavors to dispose of the case finally in a prompt manner by giving short adjournments.
