**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 135 dated 5.10.2017, registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 376, 34 IPC, Police Station Women Sector 16-A, Faridabad.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 12.1.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and the complainant is living in the matrimonial home. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. She further states that as per their information the complainant is living in the matrimonial home. State counsel also submits that Sections 313 and 377 IPC had been added.
