The petitioner through the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to process and settle the claim of the petitioner and finalize the accounts for the crop years 2012-13 and 2015-16. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner has milled paddy of the respondents for the crop year 2012-13 and 2015-16. The respondents are not finalizing his accounts and making payments. The petitioner has made various representations. In similar facts and circumstances, this Court vide order dated 20.08.2020 passed in CWP No. 12307 of 2020 (Annexure P-21) has directed the respondent-authorities to take decision on the representation of the petitioner therein and finalize the accounts. 3.

Ms. Deepali Puri, Addl. A.G., Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that State has no objection if PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.07.26 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
