The petitioners have filed the instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondents to appoint petitioners No.1 and 2 on regular basis and for giving service/appointment to petitioner No.3 on compassionate ground and/or in the alternative for quashing the letter/instructions dated 07.06.2010 (Annexure P-11) issued by the respondent-Corporation whereby the decision of giving service on the basis of compassionate appointment has been made prospective from 16.04.2010 onward only i.e. after the formation of the PSPCL.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh petition(s) on behalf of each petitioner separately. 3.
