**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a direction that respondent No.6 may be restrained from interfering in the affairs of the village Chetanpur with a further prayer that notification dated 05.10.2011, Annexure P-4, be complied with.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that respondent No.6 has been transferred from Police Station, Jhander, District Amritsar. No cause of action survives in this regard. As regards notification, Annexure P-4, he submits that the same has already been implemented. Village Chetanpura, Police Station Jhander, now falls within the jurisdiction of Police Station Majithia.

In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
