SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.65 dated 30.05.2020 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 473 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana.

Custody certificate dated 15.12.2020 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as such.
