(ORAL) At this stage, counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that as observed in the previous order, the petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, for seeking divorce by way of mutual consent, has been filed. In the given circumstances, she submits that she does not want to pursue with the present transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
