Learned State counsel submits that FSL report having been received on 13.05.2024 and in terms of order dated 28.01.2025, the final fresh report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. could have been presented thereafter, which was accordingly on 14.05.2025, in view of which, no further orders are required to be passed. 2.

Disposed of, however, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to avail of alternate remedy that may be available to him, in accordance with law, if any grievance still subsists.
