*** Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only simple injuries have been attributed to the petitioners and they have since joined the investigation and recoveries have been effected from them, as such they be granted pre arrest bail.

This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Swaran Singh. He states that the petitioners are not required for further investigation by the local police.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 12.1.2018/2.2.2018 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
