For the reasons recorded in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and the matter is taken up on board today itself.

Main case Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.352 dated 07.11.2020 under Sections 324,341,506,34 IPC registered at P.S Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala and all other consequential proceedings arising out of the said FIR, as the matter stands amicably settled in terms of compromise deed dated 06.01.2021.

CRM-M-33623 of 2021 (O&M) #2# Vide order dated 19.08.2021, the petitioners were asked to move an application for getting their statements as well as statement of the complainant recorded with regard to the compromise and the learned Magistrate was directed to send a report about the genuineness and veracity of the compromise.

A report dated 13.09.2021 of learned SDJM, Sultanpur Lodhi has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned Magistrate and got recorded their statements regarding compromise. Learned Magistrate has stated that he is of the considered view that the compromise between the parties is valid, genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. FIR No.352 dated 07.11.2020 under Sections 324,341,506,34 IPC registered at P.S Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are hereby quashed qua the petitioners.
