(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1 and for directing the respondent No.1 to revise the pension of the petitioner as per the details of all the arrears submitted by respondent No.3 to respondent No.1 on 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-6).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars by attaching all true typed copies of the annexures in double spacing in the prescribed font.
