Only prayer made in this petition is for renewal of Arms license granted to petitioner in January, 2005. He submits that he has made several representations to the concerned authority for renewal thereof. However, no decision has been taken thereon. A legal notice dated 21.03.2014 was also served.

Considering aforesaid prayer, it is directed that respondent no. 2 shall take a decision on the legal notice, Annexure P-18 expeditiously, in any case not later than two months.
