G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioners seek the quashing of the advertisement dated 09.11.2015 (Annexure P-4) whereby, applications were invited for 3522 posts of ETT Teachers. Subsequently, 978 posts were also added and eventually 4500 vacancies were advertised.

It is not disputed that the petitioners had earlier approached this Court in CWP No. 25030 of 2015, which was dismissed on 11.12.2015 (Annexure P-9). The petitioners themselves have, in the writ petition, mentioned the said fact and also the factum that they have already filed LPA No. 25 of 2016 against the above said order.

In the opinion of this Court, jurisdiction of this Court cannot be invoked time and again on the same cause of action and once the petitioners' writ petition had been dismissed, the second petition would not lie.
