The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of assessment order dated 11.02.2019 whereby respondent has raised demand of electricity charges of Rs.2,29,612/- and compounding notice dated 28.03.2019 whereby respondent has proposed compounding fee 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that impugned order may be set aside with liberty to pass fresh order in view of judgment of this Court in "Rattan Singh Vs. State of Haryana & Ors.", LawFinder Doc ID #2869383.
