After arguing at length, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, since the application for custody of the alleged detenue-child is already pending before the Court concerned.

The petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with directions to the concerned Court, where the application for custody of the child under Guardianship and Wards Act, 1890 is pending, to decide the same within a period of 08 weeks from the next date of hearing fixed before it.
