The petitioner through instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to decide his representation dated 20.07.2021 (Annexure P-11) in a time bound manner.

The petitioner is working as Museum Technician with Department of Forensic Medicine, PGIMER, Chandigarh since February' 1993. He is claiming scale of Senior Technician. He has filed representation dated 20.07.2021 (Annexure P-11). 3.

Mr. Dinesh Ghai, Advocate submits that the grievance of petitioner would be redressed, if respondents are directed to decide his representation in a time bound manner.
