RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) CM-14118-CWP-2023 Petitioners have approached this Court praying for fixing of some actual date of hearing in the main case. Vide order dated 25.02.2015, this petition was directed to be heard alongwith CWP-748-2000. However, after hearing counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is segregated from CWP-748-2000, which is pending adjudication before this Court.

Hence, application is allowed. Main case is taken up on Board today itself.

CWP-21307-2010 Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to issue sale certificate and deliver possession MEENU 2023.08.29 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CM-14118-CWP-2023 in/and CWP-21307-2010 -2of the land to the petitioners with respect to sale dated 22.07.1982 and 06.08.1982, which was duly confirmed and further directing the respondents to decide the representation, dated 15.07.2010, Annexure P-3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that representation, dated 15.07.2010, Annexure P-3, is pending adjudication before the authorities, which has not been decided so far. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Tehsildar (Sales), Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, to decide the representation, dated 15.07.2010, Annexure P-3, expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
