**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is apprehending registration of an FIR and as such, has come up before this Court seeking a bail whereas no FIR stands registered as on now. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner apprehends arrest to the same as he is being called to the police station again and again. Given above, in case of any FIR except Section 302 IPC, and except involving commercial quantities of NDPS Act is registered then before arresting the petitioner, seven days advance notice shall be given to him.
This order shall remain in force for 30 days and the present petition is disposed of.
