ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Deepak Sabherwal, Advocate is present in Court on behalf of respondents-HSVP. At the outset, he, vehemently opposes the claim that is sought to be raised in the petition and also that in the wake of the order dated 10.01.2024 (P-13), passed by this Court in CWP No. 410 of 2024 (Krishan Jeet and others vs. State of Haryana and others), the second petition would not even be maintainable. Be that as it may, he submits, for the matter is already under active consideration of the competent authority and the required measures are being taken.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the wake of the fact that the authorities are in seisin of the matter and the necessary steps are being taken, in accordance with law, he be permitted to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
