**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This revision has been filed by the petitioners against the order dated 21.7.2017 whereby appeal filed by the respondent was allowed. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners nor the litigation expenses have been deposited. Last opportunity had been granted for today.

A conditional notice of motion was issued on 13.10.2017 subject to deposit of Rs. 15,000/- which was to be paid to the respondent as costs of litigation. The amount has not been deposited. On the last date of hearing, it was made clear that if the expenses are not deposited then the petition would be dismissed.

The petition is dismissed.
