RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to enter the mutation in the name of the petitioner on the basis of the sale certificate, dated 02.03.2023, vide which he has purchased the land in e-auction. It is further prayed to direct the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner, dated 06.03.2023, 21.03.2023, 08.05.2023, (Annexures P-5 to P-7) and register the sale certificate as per the mandate contained in Section 89(4) of the Registration Act and mutation of the property be registered in the name of the petitioner. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representations, Annexures P-5 to P-7, were filed by the petitioner but no decision has been taken on the same till date. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Sub Registrar, Sahnewal, District MEENU 2023.09.20 15:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
