(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.408 dated 04.06.2017 under Sections 13 (2) of Haryan Gauvansh Sarankashan and Gau Samvardhan Act, at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated March 09, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated March 09, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
