Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy to approach Armed Forces Tribunal, thus, the matter may be transferred to Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to controvert the argument of learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3. 3.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3, the matter stands transferred to AFT, Chandimandir. The Registry is directed to transfer the petition along with complete record to AFT, Chandimandir. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all pleas before the Tribunal.
