The present petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing the impugned order dated 09.12.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurugram, in Complaint No.14387 dated 21.11.2016 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, titled as 'Amit Kumar Vs. Neha Singh', whereby the petitioner was declared as Proclaimed Offender and proceedings under Section 174-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, were initiated. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
