**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the letter dated 08.05.2015 (Annexure P-8), vide which respondent No.4 had rejected the application (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner for allotment of a residential plot under Oustees category, being time barred.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application as and when the new scheme is floated by the respondents.
