The said undertaking has not been complied so far. On the last date of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the order dated 25.09.2018 is yet to be complied with. It can safely be presumed that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present writ petition any further.
