The present appeal pertains to the year 2008. None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants on the previous date. Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. There has been no compliance of the order dated 27.08.2024 till date either. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
