(ORAL) Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'anticipatory bail' under the provisions of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.273, dated 30.07.2020, having been registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 120-B of the IPC, as also Section 24 of the Immigration Act (with Sections 370 and 384 of the IPC added later).

-39  earned State counsel submits, on instructions from SI Subhash Chander, that the petitioner has joined investigation and her custodial is not required.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the complainant in the FIR and therefore CRM-M-3609 of 2022 has also been filed seeking quashing of the FIR itself.
