Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to consider the past service rendered by petitioner on ad hoc basis prior to her appointment as SS Mistress.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that her grievance has been redressed; therefore, she does not want to pursue the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
