DEEPAK SIBAL, J. (Oral) Through the present petition, the petitioner challenges the charge-sheet issued to him for alleged losses caused by him. Without submitting reply to the charge-sheet, the petitioner has rushed to this Court through the present petition. The present petition is clearly premature.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to respond to the charge-sheet issued to him. The petitioner is granted liberty to raise all issues that are available to him in law in response to the charge-sheet. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
