*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) The petitioners took admission in Kindergarten in respondent No.5 during the academic session 2019-2020. In September, 2021, they took admission in Class 1 in another school. On demand, respondent No.5 has refused to issue the School Leaving Certificate and, thus, a complaint dated 20.4.2022 has been made to the District Education Officer, Hisar (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken thereupon till date. Thus, this writ petition has been filed. Notice of motion to respondents No. 1, 2 and 4 only. Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice and waives service.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the pending representation dated 20.04.2022 (Annexure P-2) by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
