*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and pursuant thereto, half of the settled amount of Rs.10 lacs has already been remitted to respondent No.1 (wife of petitioner). Balance of Rs.10 lacs is payable on 12.04.2023. 'Compromise Deed' to this effect has been tendered in course of hearing, which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'. In view of the above settlement, petition is rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
