As per report received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the matter has been resolved amicably between the parties. Settlement agreement in that regard has been forwarded to this Court, which be taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the amicable resolution of the dispute between the parties through mediation, the present petition seeking quashing of F.I.R on merits has become infructuous and he be permitted to withdraw the same granting him liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of F.I.R on the basis of compromise.
