CWP No.10333 of 2016 This petition is filed for issuance of directions to the respondents to shift the electricity transformer and an Electric Pole, which is allegedly installed in the centre of the road in front of the shop of the petitioner.

Interestingly, the petitioner has not made any representation to the respondents arrayed in this petition.

Hence, at this stage, no order could be passed to the respondents to decide his representation, however, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation exactly to the concerned Authority, who has to take action in this regard.
