Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order Annexure P/3 passed by Chief Canal Officer, Panchkula.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that in case petitioner submits a fresh application before Divisional Canal Officer for conversion of her area from UCA to CCA, same shall be considered in accordance with law.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.

It is made clear that till the decision of the case, petitioner shall be entitled to irrigate her land through culturable command area. However, she shall not create any impediment on further flow of water. (Rajan Gupta) Judge January 09, 2015 BB
