The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come before this Court seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS. 2.
In para 19 of the petition, petitioner has mentioned that three more cases are pending against the petitioner, however counsel for the State submits that total four cases are pending against the petitioner, out of which one is under Section 307 IPC which is not mentioned by the petitioner.

At this stage, petitioner's counsel submits that non-mentioning of complete criminal history was un-intentional and it is due to lack of communication and lack of awareness of petitioner's family. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh after disclosing complete criminal history. 4.
Given above, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with the liberty to file a fresh after disclosing all criminal antecedents relating to any part of India or abroad. It is clarified that this Court shall not draw any adverse inference against the petitioner for non-disclosing of criminal history.
