5,557 3 )' This appeal has been filed by the appellant-husband, challenging judgment dated 07.03.1998, passed by the learned District Judge, Bathinda, whereby his petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking dissolution of his marriage solemnized in December 1961 with the respondent, has been dismissed. None had appeared on behalf of the appellant or the respondent on the last date of hearing.

Today, again there is no representation on behalf of the parties, despite learned counsel being notified of the date fixed. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter any longer. Appeal is accordingly dismissed in default. 5,55
