1 . % Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents to issue the new passport to the petitioner.

2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-UOI submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the passport of the petitioner already stands issued.

The aforesaid factum of issuance of passport to the petitioner has not been denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Keeping in view the above, present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

5.

All the pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
