**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioners have challenged the acquisition of land bearing Khasra No.31//22/4, masuring 4 Kanal 9 Marla, falling in the revenue estate of village Kalaka, Tehsil and District Rewari. 2.
In the short reply filed by Sh. Satyabir Singh, Land Acquisition Collector, Gurgaon, on behalf of respondent No.6, wherein, in para Nos. 3 & 4, it has ben stated as under:- "3.
That the constructed area petitioners in the land bearing Khasra No. 31//22/4(4-9) measuring 4 Kanal 9 Marla has already been released by the competent authority vide instruction issued in letter no. 12/13/2013-3TCP, Dated 7.11.2014.

That the petitioners have no grievance at all by the present acquisition proceedings because the constructed area has already released by the competent authority. The present Civil Writ Petition filed by the petitioners is liable to be dismissed, being infructuous." 3.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the instant writ petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
